Technical Specifications
Density ranges from 1.30 to 1.40 g/ml with a solid volume ratio of 100%. The volatile organic compound (VOC) value is 0 g/l, and the flash point is 150°C. The filler/hardener ratio is 4 kg/1 kg. Pot life is approximately 40-50 minutes at 20°C. At a film thickness of 1 mm, touch-dry time is 4 hours, with full curing achieved in about 7 days. Drying times may vary depending on film thickness and environmental temperature. When stored in unopened packaging under room temperature, the filler has a shelf life of 2 years, and the hardener has a shelf life of 1 year. Alexa Marine seam filler is beige in color.
